I am an assistant professor of biomedical informatics at Paris Descartes University and Georges Pompidou European Hospital, with interests in bioinformatics, genotype-phenotype association studies, clinical data warehousing, and data integration.
I’m teaching critical reviewing of articles, biostatistics, biomedical informatics and machine learning to medical students and masters students.
My hospital activities include supervising residents, data extraction from the clinical data warehouse, conducing feasibility studies for the clinical center of investigation, and I seat at the local ethics and regulatory committee.
My research interests are in data extraction from clinical reports, representation of knowledge, machine learning applied to clinical data, and genomic analyses in association with the virology and oncology departments.
I’m preparing a PhD thesis on the subject of longitudinal integration of metagenomic data.
